JHAPA: Police have arrested a man in Jhapa with 14 grams of brown sugar.
The arrested is Amrit Khadka, 54, of Birtamod Municipality-7.
A team of police deployed from the Area Police Office, Kakarvitta, and Drug Control Bureau, Kakadvitta nabbed Khadka Mechinagar-6, on Tuesday.
Police said that further investigation is underway.
