KATHMANDU: Kathmandu District Chairman of Bibeksheel Sajha Party Amritraj Baidya has joined CPN-UML.
UML Chairman KP Oli welcomed him to the party at his residence in Balkot on Sunday.
Vaidya, an influential youth leader of Kathmandu Constituency No. 4, was the election commander of Ranju Darshana, the mayoral candidate of Kathmandu Metropolitan City in the local level election of 2074 BS.
He was also in Gagan Thapa’s election campaign in the House of Representatives election.
