KATHMANDU: CPN-UML leader Dr. Bhim Rawal has objected to party chairman KP Oli’s statement regarding him as comprising revenge, prohibition and malice.
Responding to UML Chair Oli’s remarks that Dr. Rawal has already been very old and was not given ticket in the election for the same, he (Rawal) asked the party Chairman to be rational while commenting on the senior leaders of the party.
After slogans were raised in favor of Rawal while he (Oli) was speaking at the Kanchanpur election rally on Friday, the UML chair asked ‘not to worry about old Bhim Rawal as there are many Rawals in the Far West’.
Rawal objected to the same expression of Oli. Rawal also asked five questions through social media last night and wrote “If you call someone who is 67 years old, then how can Oliji, who is 70 years old, be a young MP and vie for the post of Prime Minister again.”
