Mock voting held at all local levels in Jajarkot



JAJARKOT: A mock voting has taken place at all local levels in the district.

The voting aimed to create voters about voting, and reduce invalid votes, said the district returning officer Nabin Kathayat, adding that a large number of local people participated in it.

With the help and support of employees at local levels, the voting happened at Dalli, Limsa, Khalanga, Shivalaya, Manghat, Bhram and Junichande, he said.

Similarly, in view of the November 20 elections, fairs, festivals and sports activities will be banned from November 6-20.

The district administration office directed in this regard, said Chief District Officer Anjan Neupane.
