CK Raut to contest elections from Saptari-2



KATHMANDU: CK Raut, Chairman of the Janamat Party, is to contest from Saptari-2 in the upcoming parliamentary election to be held on November 20.

Party spokesperson Chandan Singh said that Raut is contesting the election from Saptari 2, previously won by Janata Samajbadi Party Chairman Upendra Yadav.

In the last local elections, Janamat Party had won in some wards of this constituency.

The party won from Mahadev Rural Municipality-2 of Saptari district, where Raut’s house is located.
