Newly appointed JSP Ministers sworn in



KATHMANDU: Three newly appointed Ministers representing the Janata Samajwadi Party have been sworn in.

They were administered the oath of office by President Bidya Devi Bhandari at the President’s Office, Shital Niwas on Monday.

Istiyak Rai swore in as the new Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Mrigendra Kumar Singh as Minister for Forest and Environment and Pradip Kumar Yadav the new Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Development.

President Bhandari, on recommendation of the cabinet, appointed the new Ministers this (Monday) afternoon.

Earlier on Sunday evening, JSP Chairman Upendra Yadav handed over the names of three new ministers to PM Deuba.
