Mundhum expert Dr. Chaitanya Subba passes away



KATHMANDU: Mundhum expert, planner, and noted intellectual Dr. Chaitanya Subba has passed away. He was 75.

Dr. Subba, who underwent an open-heart surgery a few days ago, passed away in the course of treatment at Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center under the TU Teaching Hospital on Tuesday night.

He had undergone an open-heart surgery a few days ago and was being treated at the Center, according to his relatives.

His funeral rites are being performed at Pashupati Aryaghat today itself.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, and a daughter.
