5 killed in Dhanusha jeep accident



DHANUSHA: Five people died and nine others were injured when a jeep met with an accident in Dhanusha.

District Police Office Dhanusha SP Basanta Rajoure said that the jeep (Ba 1 Ja 8293) met with an accident at Birendra Bazar in Dhanusha along the East-West Highway at 4.30 am this morning.

The jeep was returning from Itahari to Pipara of Mahottari.

Among the dead are three women, one child and a male from Pipara Rural Municipality.
