KATHMANDU: The Nepali national cricket team, which is on a tour of Canada for a two-match One Day International (ODI) series, is playing its second practice match against Ontario Cricket Club on Sunday.
The game will start at 7.30 pm Nepali time, according to the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN). The game will be played in T20 format.
Earlier, Nepal had played a one-day practice match against Ontario. In the previous match, Nepal had won by 69 runs.
Although Nepal and Ontario were supposed to have only one practice match, both teams decided to play two matches.
After this, Nepal will play two ODI series against Canada under the captaincy of Sandeep Lamichhane. The first game is on July 4 and the second on July 5.
After that, the Nepali team will leave for Scotland to play the triangular series of ICC World Cup League 2 in Scotland. There Nepal, Scotland, and Namibia will play the triangular.
