Embossed number plates mandatory from July 16



KATHMANDU: The Department of Transport Management (DoTM) has urged the vehicle owners to affix mandatory embossed number plates on the vehicles registered in Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.

It has been made mandatory to affix embossed number plates on all the vehicles registered in the Transport Management Office under the province.

The government had decided to implement embossed number plates in Bagmati, Lumbini, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Province on November 8, last year.

The DoTM is preparing to monitor the implementation of the provision of embossed number plates on the vehicles registered in Bagmati and Gandaki provinces from July 16.
