JHAPA: CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has claimed that his party’s victory was necessary in the local level polls for the country’s development and to defend democracy and sovereignty.

Addressing election rallies in different locations in Jhapa on Tuesday, Oli said there was a wave of the people in favor of UML.

Oli addressed election rallies in Bhadrapur, Haldibari and Mechinagar calling upon the locals to cast vote for the UML candidates.
