KATHMANDU: Green Ventures Ltd has distributed initial public offerings (IPO) today.
According to the company, 287,500 subscribers have got 10 units of primary shares each through a lottery.
A total of 2,111,649 people had applied for the IPO. Of them, 5,113 application forms had been invalid. The Green Ventures had issued 2,875,000 IPOs for Rs 100 per unit on March 22 for people in general.
Of the total 3,125,000 units, 156,250 had been allocated for the collective investment fund, 93,750 for staffers of the company and the remaining units had been put aside for the general public.
