KATHMANDU: The CPN-Unified Socialist (CPN-US) has urged party unification with any political party or group sharing the same ideology. There is a need to form a strong alternative force in the country through the unity of a genuine communist, the party reasoned.
Recently, the CPN-Janabadi and the Rastriya Jagaran Parishad have merged into the CPN-US.
Talking to media persons, CPN-US Deputy General Secretary and Publicity Department Chief Jagannath Khatiwada claimed that the party strictly followed its principle and action plan and has been able to attract many other parties towards it.
