NA Chair Timilsina holds virtual talks with Chinese leader Wang



KATHMANDU: National Assembly Chairman Ganesh Prasad Timilsina and Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Wang Yang are holding virtual talks today.

According to the Secretary of the National Assembly, Rajendra Phuyal, the talks between Timilsina and Wang was scheduled to start from 1:45 pm on Friday.

This is the first time NA Chairman Timalsina is holding talk with Chinese leader Wang.

The People’s Political Consultative Conference is a powerful body that advises the government. Wang has previously served as China’s vice-premier.

He visited Nepal in August 2017.

On the other hand, Chinese National People’s Congress Standing Committee Chairman Li Zhanshu is coming on a three-day visit to Nepal from September 12.
