Indian nat’l drowns in Tinau River



BUTWAL: An Indian national has drowned in the Tinau River near Siddhartha Highway in Rupandehi

According to Birendra Thapa, the information officer of District Police Office, Rupandehi, the deceased is Ankit Shreewastav of Gorakhpur, India.

Shreewastav drowned in the Tinau River of Tinau rural municipality-3, Dobhan, while he was swimming along with his friends.

Critically injured Shreewastav, who was rushed to Provincial Hospital, Butwal, breathed his last in the course of treatment.
