Nepal sees 127 new coronavirus cases, three deaths in past 24 hours



KATHMANDU: The country recorded a total of 127 new cases of coronavirus and three deaths in the past 24 hours as of Wednesday.

Of the confirmed cases today, 123 were detected through the RT-PCR method and four from the antigen method.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, three coronavirus-related deaths have been added to the COVID-19 death tally in the past 24 hours. With this, the COVID-19 death toll in the country is 11,941 to date.

Currently, there are 7,770 active cases in the country as 321 infected patients recovered.
