NIC annual report submitted to HoR



KATHMANDU: An annual report of the National Information Commission for the fiscal year 2077-78 BS (2020-21) has been presented in the House of Representatives (HoR).

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Dilendra Prasad Badu, on behalf of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, presented the document in a session of the lower house today.

The meeting ran amidst the protests of the main opposition CPN (UML) since its commencement.

The main opposition continues House obstructions for long demanding resignation of the Speaker and disqualification of the status of 14 lawmakers from the CPN (Unified Socialist) as the HoR members.

The HoR shall meet again at 1:00 am on March 6.
