UML holds meeting to discuss candidates for NA election



KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML’s Secretariat meeting is being held at Chair KP Sharma Oli’s residence in Balkot Sunday evening to discuss candidates for National Assembly (NA) polls.

Chief of the party’s Publicity Department Prithvi Subba Gurung said that a meeting was being held to discuss and finalize candidates for the NA election. “The party was also discussing other agenda,” Gurung added.

The Election Commission has fixed January 4 as the date for filing nominations for the NA election that is to be held on January 26.
