Arrest warrant issued against Biplav, including others



KATHMANDU: An arrest warrant has been issued against Nepal Communist Party (NCP) general secretary Netra Bikram Chand “Biplav, and other leaders.

Lalitpur District Court has issued the arrest warrant against them.

The court has issued arrest warrants against Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma ‘Prakand’, Mehn Bahadur Karki, Tek Bahadur KC, Bharat Bahadur Bam, Padam Bahadur Rai, Santash Budhamgar, Nabin Bishwakarma, Uday Bahadur and others for various crimes along with Biplav.

According to the court, they have to appear in the court within 35 days.
