KATHMANDU: Lawmakers are deliberating on the annual budget of revenue and expenditure in a meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) even today.
The discussion on the budget in the HoR which started on Tuesday will continue today, too.
The HoR meeting scheduled for 11 am will discuss the budget including the Appropriation Bill in principle, the parliament secretariat said.
Finance Minister Janardan Sharma presented a budget of Rs 1.79 trillion in the parliament on Sunday.
The Parliament Secretariat has prepared a discussion schedule so as to pass the budget by July 16.
