Local election: NC to hold rallies in all seven provinces



KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) is holding public rallies in different parts of the country targeting the local level election to be held on May 13.

The ruling NC said it is holding mass meetings and rallies in all the seven provinces.

Mass meetings and rallies will be coordinated by the concerned district working committees, said NC Chief Secretary Krishna Poudel.

The party is holding a rally in Biratnagar on May 4. Likewise, the NC said it would organize a mass meeting in Janakpur on May 5.

Similarly, the party is holding a mass rallies in Kathmandu on May 6, Pokhara on May 7, Rupandehi on May 8, Surkhet on May 9, and Kailali on May 10.
