Veep Khadka designated acting NC President



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka has received the responsibility of acting president of the party.

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is also NC President, has designated Khadka as the acting President of the party in accordance with Article 25 (13) of amended NC statute, 2017.

According to NC party office Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel, , Khadka will serve as acting president until party President Deuba returns home.
