NC President Deuba nominates 10 central members, including senior leader Poudel



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has appointed 10 leaders including Ram Chandra Poudel and Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar as central members on Saturday.

According to NC office Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel, along with leader Poudel, and Gachchhadar, Bimalendra Nidhi, Prakash Man Singh, Prakash Sharan Mahat, Krishna Prasad Sitaula, Dr. Narayan Khadka and Min Bahadur Bishwakarma have been nominated as central members.

Likewise, Sujata Koirala and Uma Regmi have been made central members as well.

NC President Deuba made the nomination using the prerogatives provided to him by clause 21 (10) of NC party constitution.

As per the provision NC president can nominate 33 central members. NC President Deuba appointed 10 leaders on Saturday.
