KATHMANDU: The seventh edition of the Martyr’s Memorial A Division League is starting from today.
With the sixth edition ending on Thursday, top two teams — Machhindra Club and Manang Marshyangdi Club — are making preparations to become winners of the seventh edition to secure berth in the AFC Cup.
A Division League, where 14 teams are participating, will run until 13th edition.
However, theses two teams are playing in different places – Manang will play a match in Pokhara Stadium on Saturday and Machhindra will play at Dasharath Stadium on Sunday.
In today’s match under the seventh edition, APF Club will take on Tribhuvan Army Club at Dasharath Stadium at 1 pm.
Similarly, Friends Club will lock horns with New Road Team in the second match today.
