Nepal facing Lebanon in 2020 AFC U-23 Asian Cup qualification



KATHMANDU: Nepal will take on Lebanon in the final match of the group phase under the 2022 AFC U-23 Asian Cup qualification.

Having suffered a defeat in the previous two matches, Nepal aims to get a happy ending in the qualification.

The match will take place at the Republican Central Stadium in Tajikistan at 4:45 pm (Nepali time). Both the teams have suffered a defeat in the previous two matches and have been eliminated from the tournament.

Categorized into Group ‘B’, in the first match, Nepal suffered a 4-0 defeat to Iran and in the second it conceded a 6-0 defeat to hosts Tajikistan.
