Seven including teenage girls go missing in Mahottari



JALESHWOR: Seven minors including teenage girls have gone missing at Bhangaha municipality-8 in Mahottari district.

According to District Police Office (DPO), Mahottari, Ashmita Paswan, 18, Nagina Paswan, 18, Riya Paswan, 15, Archana Paswan, 15, Jyoti Paswan, 13, Ranjana Paswan, 10, and Seema Paswan went missing on Tuesday.

According to their guardians, they had gone to cut grass on Tuesday afternoon and have not returned home so far.

“We have received information that seven minors including teenage girls have gone missing. We have launched a manhunt. We are still clueless,” said SP Dinesh Acharya, the chief of DPO, Mahottari.

Fear has gripped the Dharmapur village after seven people went missing in a single day.
