Four Nepalis die in Kuwait in past one week



DOHA: Four Nepali nationals have died in the line of duty in Kuwait in the past one week. Three women and one man are among those dead.

Sanchicha Basnet, 26, of Tehrathum died in the course of treatment in a hospital in the country, according to a source at the Nepali Embassy in Kuwait. Similarly, Pradeep Fago of Sandukpur, Ilam died of cardiac arrest on last Saturday. Fago was found dead in his own room in Block-3 in Mangaf.

The identity of the two among those dead is yet to be ascertained, said the Embassy. Nepali migrant workers have been sneaking into Kuwait for employment illegally, of late.
