Prime Minister Deuba in London



LONDON: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has arrived in London to take part in the ‘World Leaders Summit COP26’ to be held at Glasgow in Scotland.

Prime Minister Deuba, leading a 21-member delegation, landed at Heathrow International Airport in London in a flight of Qatar Airways on Friday night.

The high-level delegation was welcomed by Chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Nepal Virendra Sharma, Acting Nepali Ambassador to the UK Roshan Khanal among others. Deuba will remain busy holding meetings here in London on Saturday and Sunday.

The delegation includes Minister for Forest and Environment Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, Foreign Secretary Bharat Raj Paudyal, Forest Secretary Dr Prem Narayan Kandel, National Planning Commission Secretary Kebal Prasad Bhandari, Finance Secretary Madhu Kumar Marasini, journalists among others.
