KATHMANDU: On the eve of the party’s statute general convention, the CPN-UML has finalized the Bagmati Pradesh Committee Thursday.
The party has picked Ananda Pokharel and Khem Lohani as Chairman and Secretary respectively. A 477-member province general convention organizing committee has also been formed under Pokharel.
The members of the province general convention organizing committee can participate in the party’s statute general convention starting Friday.
Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal is the in-charge of the provincial committee.
Likewise, Kashinath Adhikari, Arun Nepal, Sher Bahadur Tamang, Krishna Gopal Shrestha and Dormani Poudel have been picked as deputy in-charges.
