Bibeksheel Sajha calls Central Committee meeting for Thursday

KATHMANDU: Bibeksheel Sajha Party has called its Central Committee meeting for Thursday.

Chairman of the party Rabindra Mishra on Monday summoned the Central Committee.

Controversy has gripped the party after Chair Mishra put forward the idea of abolishing federalism and holding a referendum on religion. But his proposal was refuted by party’s Coordinator Milan Pandey.

Mishra called a meeting to discuss the latest developments in the party following he and Pandey made public two conflicting views.

However, Pandey objected to convening a meeting of the Central Committee. Pandey demanded to stop the meeting.
