Nepalis coming from abroad can stay directly in the home quarantine

KATHMANDU: Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has clarified that Nepalis coming home from abroad can stay directly in the home quarantine if they can ensure abiding health safety protocols.

Issuing a press statement on Friday, CAAN has made it clear that all passengers travelling into Nepal are required either to stay at a ‘pre-booked’ hotel quarantine for 10 days or ensure that they will stay directly in the home quarantine.

According to the authority, the local body will monitor whether the person is in quarantine or not.

Similarly, CAAN has informed that the foreigners coming to Nepal should have pre-booked  a hotel quarantine for 10 days.
