Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 3,030 with three new fatalities



KATHMANDU: As many as three COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 3,030 as of Tuesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 167 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,77,147 in the country as of Tuesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has reported 1,390 active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 115 have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,72,727 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
