KATHMANDU: Deputy General Secretary of the ruling CPN-UML Ghana Shyam Bhusal has responded to the clarification sought by party’s General Secretary Ishwar Pokharel.
In an 11-page response letter to the clarification on Tuesday, Bhusal has accused Prime Minister and Party Chairman KP Sharma Oli of creating factionalism in the party and making the central committee (CC) as the recruitment center against the party statute.
“The decisions to appoint leaders to the central committee of the CPN-UML, reshuffle party-office-bearers and form the 10th general convention organizing committee are unlawful and against the party statute,” reads the letter.
Bhusal has asked Oli why he is always creating anarchism in the party and often trying to push the party on the verge of split.
