Rural Municipality Chair Rawal passes away



KAILALI: Chairperson of Mohanyal rural municipality in Kailali district, Nabal Singh Rawal, passed away this morning. He was 77.

Personal Secretary of Rawal, Narendra Thapa, said that Rawal died in course of treatment at Kathmandu-based Annapurna Neuro Hospital.

Suffering from different diseases including high blood pressure, Rawal fell unconscious all of sudden at his own house at Mohanyal Solta a few days ago.

He was brought to Annapurna Neuro Hospital from Kohalpur Medical College for further treatment. Rawal was elected as chairperson of the rural municipality from CPN (UML). He is survived by his wife and three sons.
