PM Oli terms Prachanda as rotten potato

CHITWAN: Prime Minister KP Oli has strongly criticized Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda terming him a rotten potato.

Addressing a mass assembly organized by his faction of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) in Chitwan on Saturday, Oli recalled that he had reached Madi, a tourist center in Chitwan, during the 2074 election to canvass voters for Prachanda.

But, the one for whom I asked for votes turned out to be a rotten potato, scoffed PM Oli.

Oli said that there was no division in the party, adding that squeezing out carbuncle doesn’t make someone lose weight.

“You are worried that the party has split. The party has not split. Some people have left the party. The party is united,” Oli said.

On a separate note, PM Oli said that mid-term polls will be held on announced dates.

“Some people are spreading the delusion that the election will not be held timely,” PM Oli said, “Let those who spread delusion continue to spread.”
