KATHMANDU: A writ petition has been filed against 15 Supreme Court (SC) judges alleging that they have violated human rights by affecting the hearing on cases like habeas corpus and the hearing on the people in detention.

According to SC sources, a writ petition has been filed against 15 judges for seeking the resignation of the Chief Justice by boycotting the benches of the Supreme Court.
