President’s Office infringed HoR’s power: Speaker Sapkota



KATHMANDU: Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has said the President’s Office laid seige over the power of the House of Representatives.

In an interaction held at the Federal Parliament building on Tuesday, Speaker Sapkota said that he could not remain silent when the spirit of the constitution was being attacked.

He said that the regression to rule of law and non-compliance with court orders increased the risk of accidents in the country.
