America’s COVID-19 cases surpass 26.3 million

WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 26,323,171 in the United States of America after 149,081 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 9,815,684 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 16,064,118 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 443,369 with 3,508 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,198,714 and infected 101,989,243 globally until the filing of this news.
