Cricket coach Dassanayake arriving Nepal today



KATHMANDU: Cricket coach Pubudu Dassanayake is arriving in Nepal today.

Dassanayake will land at the Tribhuvan International Airport at 11:30 am, according to Binod Das, the manager of the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN).

CAN had, on December 11, appointed Dassanayake to the post after cricket chief coach Australian national Dev Whatmore tendered his resignation.

Nepal had participated in the T20 World Cup after former Sri Lankan cricketer Dassanayake took charge as the chief coach of Nepali cricket team.
