UK Ambassador Pollitt calls on Foreign Minister Khadka



KATHMANDU: A meeting between Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Narayan Khadka and Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Nepal Nikola Pollitt has taken place at the Foreign Ministry Thursday.

On the occasion, they discussed the matter related to friendship and cooperation between the two countries, according to the Foreign Ministry.

Extending gratitude towards UK government for its different types of support in prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic, Minister Dr Khadka opined that Nepal’s participation in the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26) taking place in Scotland has further proved Nepal’s commitment to mitigating the problems of climate change.
