KATHMANDU: Former Supreme Court Justice Bhairav Prasad Lamsal has passed away Thursday morning.
Lamsal, 84, who was undergoing treatment at Medicare Hospital in Chabahil for the past few days, was no more, a family source said.
Lamsal was the chairman of the Property Inquiry Commission in 2001. The report prepared under his leadership later became as the report of the Lamsal Commission.
