Two held with stolen motorcycle and illegal drug



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested two individuals with a stolen motorcycle and narcotic drugs from Aloknagar in New Baneshwor.

The arrested have been identified as 38-year-old Binod Mandal and his son Rakesh Mandal of Sarlahi.

Binod is the owner of ‘Sarlahi motor workshop’ at Aloknagar. SP Ramesh Basnet informed that a pulsar motorcycle, Pradesh -3 -02-007 Pa 2961, with its parts taken out from the workshop.

Meanwhile, a joint team deployed from the Metropolitan Crime Division and Metropolitan Police Circle, Baneshwor confiscated 111 bottles of narcotic drug called corex from the workdshop.

Police said they are investigating the case.
