ILAM: Chulchuli rural municipality-1, Hattileda is preparing to use two languages – Nepali and Limbu – as official languages in its offices.

Speaking at a program on Monday, ward chairman of Chulchuli rural municipality-1 Purna Lawati said Limbu language has been brought into use as an official language.

Limbu is used as an official language in the offices in the ward where there is a majority of Limbu community, said Lawati.
