Tremor felt in Valley



KATHMANDU: A tremor has been felt in the Kathmandu Valley at the wee hours on Wednesday.

According to the National Seismological Center, Lainchaur, a 3.5-magnitude earthquake was recorded at 1:59 am today with its epicenter in Kalanki.

It was an aftershock of the mega earthquake that devastated Nepal on April 25, 2015, according to the NSC.

Earlier on March 18, a 4.1-magnitude earthquake had rattled the central region of the country with its epicenter in Kavrepalanchowk district.
