KASKI: Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality, Kaski has been sealed after finding new coronavirus cases in Ward Number 4.
Earlier three staffs of a cooperative in the municipality had tested coronavirus positive.
Coronavirus cases were found in 13 people tested on the basis of their contact tracing. All works of the local level have been halted to prevent further spread of the infection.
The second wave of coronavirus pandemic has struck Kaski people of late. Earlier 76 students of Paschimanchal Engineering Campus had tested coronavirus positive.
According to Mayor Karna Bahadur Gurung, all services of the Municipality have been suspended till March 31.
