One held for creating fake Cyber Bureau Facebook page



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested Prajwal Pokharel, 18, from Rupandehi on the charge of creating a fake Facebook page of the Cyber Bureau.

According to SSP Navinda Aryal, he was arrested after the District Court, Kathmandu granted him permission to investigate under the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 BS.

According to Aryal, Pokhrel was trying to take financial advantage by creating a fake police page.
