Nepse up 29.82 points during first two hours



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has increased by 29.82 (1.36 %) points to reach at 2,224.30 in the first two hours on Thursday, the last trading of the week.

With the surge in the value, the share value of Prabhu Life Insurance has gone up by 10 percent. Similarly, Narayani Development Bank, Corporate Development Bank and Arambha Chautari Microfinance witnessed increase in their share value by nine percent.

As many as 203 companies were involved in the transaction worth Rs 3,961,900,000 during the period.

Prabhu Bank witnessed the highest transaction worth Rs 292,400,000 (Rs408 per unit of shares) during the period, followed by Kumari Bank with Rs 190,200,000 (Rs 284 per unit of share).
