 Leadership to be elected unopposed: UML leader Bhattarai



SAURAHA: CPN-UML leader Yogesh Bhattarai has claimed that the leadership including the chairman will be elected unopposed in the 10th General Convention.

Talking to journalists at Sauraha today, Bhattrai said the size of the central committee has been increased in order to elect the new leadership unopposed.

“The leadership including the chairman will be elected unopposed, said Bhattarai, adding, “It is necessary to even disseminate the message of unity in the party.”

Bhattarai has said that the posts will be distributed among the leaders based on their qualification and contribution at a time when incumbent Vice Chairman Bhim Rawal is staking a claim for the post of chairman.
