Three COVID-19 infected persons die in Nepalgunj



NEPALGUNJ: Three more coronavirus patients have died while undergoing treatment at Nepalgunj in Banke district.

Two persons from Banke and one from Dang succumbed to coronavirus in the last 12 hours.

According to the Health Office, Banke, a 26-year-old man from Nepalgunj-3 died at the pre-isolation of Nepalgunj Nursing Home at 8.30 pm on Monday.

Similarly, a 60-year-old woman of Kohalpur-1 died at Bheri Hospital at 2.40 am on Tuesday.

Similarly, a 74-year-old woman admitted to Nepalgunj Medical College from Tulsipur in Dang district died at 6:20 am on Tuesday, said Tej Oli, COVID-19 Focal Person of Health Office, Banke.

With this, the number of deaths due to coronavirus infection in Banke has reached 92.
