KATHMANDU: Nepal is taking on Bangladesh in a match under the three nations’ football tournament on Saturday.
To be held at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwor, Nepal is aiming to secure berth in the final by defeating Bangladesh. The math will begin place at 5 pm.
Bangladesh has already entered the final after Nepal and Kyrgyzstan played a draw. Bangladesh clinched a 1-0 victory against Kyrgyzstan after the latter committed a suicide goal.
Nepal has to at least play a draw with Bangladesh to reach the final. Nepal had not performed well in two friendly matches held earlier with Bangladesh .
Nepal had lost to Bangladesh 2-0 in a friendly match held on November 13 and played a goalless draw in the second match on November 17 last year.
The final match will be held on Monday.
